“Mole and Mezcal” – Chef’s Dinner at Jazz, TX

Join us for the first-ever Chef’s Dinner at Jazz, TX featuring our very own Chef Lorenzo Morales. Price of $125 is all-inclusive and includes dinner, drinks, gratuity and ticket to the 8:30 show featuring Doc Watkins and his Trio. Limited to 30 guests.
Chef Morales’ Mole and Mezcal themed menu will consist of specialty 5 courses starting with Duck Chilorio with tortilla, Ensalada con Hierbas with Mole Amarillo Vin, Flor de Calabaza Quesadilla, Mole Rojo con Pollo, Tamale de Maize Dulce. Chef Morales will also serve bread and fried corn tortillas with salsa picante and mantequilla de champolines. The food will be paired with mezcal cocktails from the bar.
