How does the ticketing/reservation process work?

We offer two shows nightly (Tuesday-Saturday), at 5:30 and 8:30. There is no cover for the 5:30 show Tuesday-Thursday, and tickets for all shows can be reserved in advance here.

I’m not able to reserve more than 6 tickets at a time through your ticketing site. Why not?

Our largest table seats 6, so please contact us directly at info@jazztx.com to reserve for parties larger than 6.

Why are there different seating times for the same show? If I book a 7:45 seating time, can I stay for the 8:30 show? 

Yes! We stagger our seating times by 15 minute intervals to ensure the best possible service for our guests. If everyone arrived at 8:30, this would create unnecessary challenges for both our kitchen and bar. So we begin seating up to one hour before the show to ensure everyone is comfortably seated by show time.

Can I host my private party/special event at Jazz, TX?

Absolutely. Please contact Selena Lopez at selena@jazztx.com to discuss options for large groups, buyouts, and catering packages.

What is your cancellation policy? 

Tickets cancelled 24 hours or more in advance will be honored with a full refund. However, we cannot guarantee a refund for tickets cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

How long will my table be held after my reservation time? 

We hold tables for 30 minutes past the reservation time.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We gladly accept walk-ins, although reservations are recommended if you wish to guarantee a table.

Do you serve food?

Yes! Our kitchen is open until 10:00 pm on weeknights and 11:30 pm on Friday/Saturday. To view the menu, click here.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Tuesday-Thursday from 5:00-12:00 and Friday/Saturday from 5:00 pm- 2:00 am.

Are there any age restrictions?

All ages are welcome before 11:00 PM. Ages 21+ after 11:00 PM.

Where can I park?

We are located in the Pearl, and free parking is abundant, both in the parking garages as well as street parking. There are also several free lots located directly under HWY 281.

Do you have a dress code?

We do not have a dress code, although folks do tend to dress up to come to Jazz, TX.

Is there a dance floor?

Yes, and we love to see people dance at Jazz, TX!

Yes! We have gift cards available at Jazz, TX, as well as through our website. To order online, click here.
